Jim has dedicated nearly 30 years to studying, mastering and employing a wide range of holistic practices, and prides himself on being an avid life learner as well. Jim is nationally certified to the Diplomat level with the (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and has a Masters Degree in Acupuncture (1997) and holds licenses in Missouri in both Acupuncture and massage therapy. He has been both adjunct instructor for the Southern Illinois School of Medicine and consulting Acupuncturist of SIU fertility treatment program.
He specializes in CranioSacral therapy (trained to Advanced levels), Total Body Balancing, Sotai and Lymphatic drainage and is a presenter for the Upledger Institute. Acupuncture wise, he blends Dr. Tans Balance Method, Japanese meridian styles, and European Auricular Therapy and is certified in Battlefield Acupuncture. He is a lifelong martial artist with a certification in Qi gong therapies.
